Cheeseburger Pizza

So the other day I was thinking about what to cook for supper. I went ahead and thawed out some ground beef in the hopes that an idea would come to me. Not wanting to do the usual spaghetti or meatloaf so I opted for the combination of 2 favorites: Pizza and a cheeseburger.

Preheat the oven to 350.

Spread out some canned pizza dough on a cookie sheet.

Bake for about 10 mins and remove from oven.

While the dough is baking, brown your ground beef and drain.

Mince some onion.

Saute the onion until it is soft.

Squirt some mustard on the dough and spread it around.

Top with the cooked ground beef.

Sprinkle with onions.

Top with some shredded cheddar cheese and pickles.

Bake for another 10-15 mins. Cut into squares and serve.

I like to top mine with ketchup! We didn't have any leftovers. I love making pizzas at home. It is super easy and super cheap. I'll have to share a couple of our favorites with you later on. Hope you enjoy this unique pizza. What is your favorite pizza?
